What we collect

How we use it
To fulfil orders, answer questions, send order updates and (only if you opt in) the newsletter, prevent fraud, and improve the site experience. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, DHL) — name and shipping address only.
- Payment processors — secure tokenised transactions; we don't store card numbers.
- Analytics (Google, Meta, TikTok pixels) — anonymised page-level events.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data anytime by emailing hello@zayru.com. We respond within 30 days as required under UU PDP (Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law).
