In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require 7–14 business days before dispatch. We email a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier.
Domestic (Indonesia)
- JNE Regular — 2–5 business days, all provinces.
- JNE YES — next-day to major cities (Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Denpasar).
- J&T Express — 2–4 business days.
- SiCepat REG — 2–5 business days.
International
We ship worldwide via DHL Express and EMS Pos Indonesia. Standard delivery is 7–14 business days depending on country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Reach out at hello@zayru.com before ordering for a quote and to confirm restrictions.
Tracking & insurance
All orders include tracking. Orders above IDR 2.000.000 are automatically insured against loss in transit. If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
