Returns & Exchanges

If a piece doesn't fit your life, we'll make it right. Here's how — clearly, with no fine-print games.

Size exchanges

You can exchange a size within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we cover the cost of sending the replacement.

What can't be returned

  • Custom-made, made-to-measure, and personalised pieces.
  • Sale items marked "final sale".
  • Accessories (scarves, masks, bags) for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, or smoke.

Defects & damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or your piece has a manufacturing defect, email hello@zayru.com with photos within 48 hours. We'll replace it free of charge, including return shipping.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@zayru.com with your order number, the piece, and the size you'd like instead.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the piece back (any courier with tracking).
  4. Once we receive it, your replacement ships within 2 business days.
